It's all relative. It depends on your frame of reference.

Around here the XR1200R/X seems to attract the dirtracker types so yes they definitely like to ride fast.

I was looking forward to riding on the German autobahn in August so I could see what it would do, but discovered that the entire population of Europe had decided to make the German road system one enormous traffic jam.

Of course, I would never exceed the speed limit.
