Big B, the nickname, and the screen name. My name is Bryan, so that's where the "B" comes from and i'm 6'3" and weigh in around 285# so i guess that's the "Big" part. of course the name was tagged on me by my little laotian buddy, and just about everyone's big to him. however, people who've never heard me called that normally start referring to me as such within a day or so of meeting me so i guess it fits

Hey, big b.

Your icon is rather interesting. Is it of the "Huffs a kitten" or "Kills a kitten" variety?

I was in a club at one time and was on a ride to a meeting. I was rolling down the freeway, picked up a 6" nail in my rear tire, and had to pull over as it ran flat. I made a cell call and several other members came out on bikes with one driving a pickup and we hauled it back and fixed it. At the next meeting, one of the guys mentioned the incident and referred to me a "Spike" because of the size of the nail I picked up. All of a sudden someone jokingly "seconded the motion" and "the motion carried". It stuck as club given road names do. Ive been Spike ever since and alot of people I've known for some time dont even know my real name.

Ummm... nicknames. I have a couple, but the most commonly used on is 'Shaun' (pronounced "Shone" with the best British accent you can muster). Picked it up when I lived in London - my name is Shauna, but the folks I worked with shortened it to "Shone".

I also get called 'Wednesday' a lot, as in Wednesday Addams, since I look a bit like Cristina Ricci (before she got famine-skinny and started looking like a bobble-head doll) and frequently have a slightly off-kilter point of view on things.

Username: first syllable (or so) of my first, middle and last names.

Easy, you don't like beer so you always drink shorts.

I am D. - It is important to pronounce the fullstop. My flatmate of the time (We came as a matched pair) was G.

This has a lot to do with us having bargain basement mobile phones that didn't identify peoples numbers when we received a text. So we would sign every test we sent to encourage people to sign the ones they sent back. Worked better than we thought. There are still people that refer to him as G and myself as D in casual conversation.

As for my user name. I sourced it from the Balgariod/Malorian. It's the title of the bad guy. It means God and Emperor.

Much later on it was pointed out it was also Superman's Krpton name - which was just amusing.
