Biker Ettiquite - Pulling up beside strangers?

of course i can't recommend that anyone do that, the visual i got was pretty funny.

and yeah, from what i've heard about the 1%ers here in the US...it wouldn't be a good idea.

like others have said...you might be surprised by a bullet. (or a bike with nitrous )

Or by someone you've peeved off enough to follow you home and "have a discussion with you"

If I am riding solo at the stoplight, I tend to stay to the center. If I'm riding in pairs I'll let them share the lane at the light. I never pull up next to another bike because it is a distraction to the other rider.

When I was much younger and some would sat dumber I was at the lights gonna drag this guy. When the light changed I think he was in neutral and I am pretty sure he dropped his engine. That was a pretty easy win.

I love it when I see outlaw riders stopped at lights in front of me, I try to time it perfectly, as Im comming down behind them in between the cars, I slow until the lights are about to change, then absolutley gun it past them just as they are taking off, then I spend the next few minutes trying to get away from them as I have just scared the dodo out of them, and made them look bad to other road users.

I have never been caught up with yet, Ive done it to big groups of them as well. Probelm for them is HD's are not quick off the mark, and no where as easy to get through traffic as my bike. Im sure my day will come


Apart from outlaw riders, Ill stop and chat to anyone at lights, Ill lane share with them and have no probs with them sharing with me.

You do this in the same lane? If so, it's a good thing you don't live here. Do that "crumb" with me and I will catch up to you. The end results will not be in your favor.
