Congrats on your purchase. Lucky you, now that you have a home for the bike, you'll be too busy to ride it, (Cleaning, dusting, mowing... lol. {Although, if you resolve the first problem...})

Okay, this one might just help resolve your first issue... (But I'm sure I'm not the only one wanting to know your secret to this success...)there was no secreet here really. I started eating better (low saturdated fat, low/no sugar, monitor calorie intake) and I work out several times a week. I also wear a pedometer and be sure to walk at least 2 miles a day.
