yeah, that's the debate. i have both lights working so to keep from any confusion, when i get close i start weaving back and forth in my lane. i do this during the day and night. anything to get them to notice me. does it work. i don't know. but it's an easy thing to do to try and get noticed.

btw, the dual headlight mod is pretty easy. the easiest way is to just drop the cash and get the "wiring harness" that bd makes on the fz6 forum. if you're technical at all you could do it for less money and more time. up to you.

Yep, I bought the wire instead of constructing it - I can't wait to dig in and do this thing. I want to do the high beam portion as well if I have to do anything extra.

I guess one necro thread deserves a reply with another check out what I had to say in that post - you're right it is funny looking back.

Yep, I think if I didn't get the FZ6 - I probably would have enjoyed a Ninja 500. The FZ6 - so far - reminds me so much of the Ninja - except bigger. We'll see how I feel about it tomorrow - I should be able to ride to work - rack some miles up.
