+1 for the throttle rocker! Helped me a lot. I now have a permanently installed throttle boss with my Kury grips, but you can use one of the $10 removable throttle rockers to see if it helps.

Try squirting that foam into the handelbars that expands. It is used around windows as insulation. Can get it at home centers. It works

I thought about using a throttle rocker. Do they work?

Folks here might disagree with me, but I'd say just frequently change how you grip the throttle. You don't have to grab it to give it gas, and sometimes I just let the 'padding' of my gloves grip it enough for small adjustments...with my fingers loosely around it. I change it up as I ride, so my hands rarely get tired.

There is a gizmo we get in SA. Same theory as the throttle lock. It replaces the bar end but it has a thread on it and friction locks the throttle this allows for the hand to be taken off completly. My K1200S also has vibration if I sit at the same speed for an extended period.

There is a 'friction' type cruise control sold, that fits between the throttle and mirror clamp or break fluid reservoir, how ever your bike is set up.
I had one on my old Suzuki 850. As a matter of fact it's still there in my garage.
Works great. Holds the throttle open and with flick of your thumb, disengages to let off. Doesn't cost much either. Look for it.

I had the same problem with my twin and found a cure with a Throttle Rocker by Throttemeister. They're only about $10 and slip over your throttle & are adjstable. Other names for the same thing = throttlerest, palmrest.

I have the same problem Hands get numb after a while. When I first got the bike(Royal Star midnight venture) it was only a few a miles and I had to stop to let it rest. It has gotten better now that I have learned to relax while still maintaing a good grip on the bars. I have ordered the ISO grips so that will help even more. My bars are rubber mounted so I think it is mostly me gripping to tight. Also I have seen a product I believe is called the Bar Snake but it goes inside the bars to help vibration.
