Well, the problem with firing from a moving vehicle is that you'll probably miss every shot. Hitting a moving target is extremely difficult with a firearm. Hitting a target while moving is also extremely difficult. Shooting with one hand lowers accuracy and increases recoil which decreases accuracy of the following shots. So, in essence, you are shooting one-handed from a moving vehicle at a (probably) moving target. I know for most PD's in america, that would be a good way to get suspended. The risk to bystanders would be enormous.
Either way, I think it would be a lot hotter for the squad to have all their patches sewn onto leather, vented motorcycle suits with certified armor and all-black full face helmets. You could tailor them to the person so you could still tell it was a female.

lol you can say the same thing about a 50 cal sniper that is 5 miles from a non moving target. Very hard to do when you facter in wind etc etc.

I would actually think the sniping would be easier. If the target is stationary and you know the weather conditions, then its just math and probability. Your rifle has all the settings for distance and adjustments. With moving, you have to lead both for your own movement and theirs. I mean, there's a reason cops never try to shootout tires or take out a driver unless its absolutely necessary.
Btw, whats so special with the WW stuff? Just looks like denim thongs and bikinis, or are they just pretty? The model is at least.

hehe I never said it wasnt easier just that its hard to do when you have to figure out winds etc etc. I mean wind can change within half a mile so you have to figure out wind patters through out that distance.

Sure, it would be hard, but not impossible or even something that people can't be trained to do. It would just take time and practice. That's not something our police force would practice here in America.
The military seems to have no issues hitting moving targets while in moving vehicles. As Shorts said before, all you're talking about is muscle memory and practice.
The only country on the planet that would contemplate riding 2 up with the passenger standing on the pegs firing a gun over the head of the rider, in public, at a moving target (another human being) im a afraid to say would be the US of A
And as for those of you who have watched to many spaghetti westerns, bad cop movies, and fascinated with guys hanging outa hummers with a 50cal blowing the puck outa all and sundry on CNN, how many americans have been killed by their own team whilst performing these wonderous moves (friendly fire). How many soldiers shot their comrades shooting off horse back at full speed at the indigenous population? I suspect a LOT !!!

actually anytime you discharge a firearm in the general direction of an object you have a chance of hitting it.My friend "accidentally"killed a deer with a 38 derringer joking around.Hitting targets from a moving vehicle is possible.Of course it becomes more likely the closer you get to Hollywood.
