Somebody has to educate poor, sheltered Blues in some of these things she's never been unfortunate enough to encounter before.
(the fact she probably doesn't want to know is totally beside the point)
I look at as a favor.... now if someone ever asks her if she wants to participate in such things, she can save the embarrassment of an explanation and just get straight to delivering a Crazy Donkey to his head....

I had never even heard the expression until this thread......

blues, stand still for a moment - let me look into those balmy blues of yours - and i may well forget all the ickiness in the world

Congrats on the pregnancy! How far along are you?
Hope the morning (or rather all the time) sickness isn't too bad. I had to inject with anti-barf drugs for months...

Thanks Rhadam!
Well, since I didn't track things very closely, we can only guess that I'm 8-9 weeks. That's deduced by when the BF was in town-so we're going by possible date of conception.
I actually had NO symptoms until this week. Only a missing "aunt", and back and hip pain that wouldn't quit. Put 150 miles on the bike last Saturday with no issue.
I started getting queasy Wednesday night, so it might be the vitamins rather than true morning sickness. I have some abdominal pain as well, but not so much that the doc is concerned. It's just all achy down there, not sharp pain and not intolerable.

ok..... I'm just going to go duck my head back in the hole and not say anything else...
Sadly, my wife might agree that I'm not all that manly.
(and before anyone does it - not in that way)
