When I was 11, my dad and my grandpa worked the courage into me to hop on my grandpa's Suzuki 400 (farm in eastern Nebraska). I started out killin' it about 5-10 times, then when I took off it wasn't so bad. They set up some tires out in the open grass (aka: really big front yard) and I cruised through them in 1st gear until I was comfortable shifting to second...and so on. Shortly after, my dad bought a couple Honda 250's and a Honda 400 for himself. I've graduated to the 400cc now, but I still love the 250's...they are plenty of bike for any teenager.

First hopped on a bike when I was 21...just 2 weeks ago :)...so I'm still 21.

My first time actually on a bike was when I put my Alphasport GV250 together after it came in a crate with the front end dissasembled :) I took it around the parkinglot to make sure it worked. Then I took the MSF that weekend, and I've been riding about every other day! (School gets in the way, but I will be done with my semester soon, then I can ride to work on nice days!)

I really love my bike... But I already want one in addition to the one I have...haha. The cruiser to just cruise around and have a good time... but now I also find myself wanting a standard/sportier bike for a little more spirited cornering and preferably find a track around here. I keep dragging the pegs on my cruiser!

38 and I've been having a harder and harder time fitting other activities into my life as long as a bike is there and the ice is not.

Sorry buddy. Too much riding in my life recently. That's a good thing, but I'll try to keep in touch with you guys if that happens again. After all this is my family away from family.
