I guess my favorites are movies I've seen several times and still like to watch. Started trying to make a list by genre, and then gave up:
Apocalypse Now, Platoon, The Killing Fields, Blackhawk Down, Enemy at the Gate, Saving Private Ryan, Breaker Morant, Braveheart, Das Boot, The Pianist, Schindler's List, The Great Escape, Gettysburg, Lonesome Dove, Unforgiven, Will Penny, Once Upon a Time in the West, McCabe & Ms. Miller, Tender Mercies, The Last Picture Show, The Straight Story, The Remains of the Day, A Passage to India, My Dinner with Andre, Driving Miss Daisy, Stand By Me, Pascal's Island, A Man for All Seasons, Rabbit Proof Fence, Doctor Zhivago, Crouching Tiger/Hidden Dragon, 2001: A Space Odessey, Tron, Bladerunner, RoboCop, Silent Running, The Matrix, Sleuth, Sixth Sense, Deliverance, Shawshank Redemption, Never Cry Wolf, Cool Hand Luke, Ulu, Ishi: The Last of His Tribe, Office Space, Endless Summer, On Any Sunday, One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest, Zorba the Greek, Amadeus, The Princess Bride, The Conversation, Lord of the Flies, Slingblade, The Godfather I, Apollo 13, Black Robe, The Elephant Man, Chariots of Fire, Night of the Living Dead, Michael Collins, The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill but Came Down a Mountain,
hmm, my brain is going blank

I was looking for the martial arts movie lovers-- none?!

Jet Li, Jackie Chan Drunken Master, Bruce Lee, and of course Chow Yun-Fat -Hard Boiled, The Killer, and any John Woo directed movie, and Tony Leung!

I can't get enough of them! or any Hong Kong movie!

Hmm. I have weird taste in movies.

lets see

Sci Fi: Dune (the original not the sci fi channel remake), all the star trek movies, star wars 4, 5, and 6, Pitch Black (though chronicles of Riddick sucked), The Thing (1950 & 1982), 2001: A Space Oddesy

Action: Matrix and reloaded (revolution was stupid), Bourne Identity, Underworld, The Indiana Jones trilogy, U-571, Terminator, Terminator 2, Hunt for red october, Crimson Tide, Ballistic, Under Seige

Comedy: Blazing Saddles, Naked Gun series, Spaceballs, History of the world Part 1, Princess Bride, Monty Pythons quest for the holy grail, Demolition Man (face it this movie has a lot of funny moments in it)

Martial Arts: Some of the Stephan Segal movies (before he started getting political), Enter the Dragon, Bloodsport (only Van Damme movie I can stomach), Equilibrium (very strange, sci fi with a very strange form of martial arts integrating gun fighting with martial arts), Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, House of Flying Daggers, Heaven & Earth (a 4 hour long samurai movie done entirely in japanese with subtitles).

Horror: Alien, The Thing (1982), Silence of the Lambs, The Relic

Favorite.... I dunno. But a dam good movie I just watched today again is "The Gods Must Be Crazy". Still a good chuckle 25 years after it was made.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

I have another to add to my list - 40-year old Virgin - that movie was so damn funny!
