I'm not familar with Southern Indiana or Illinois. Though they're both within fun riding distance for a day. If you want a find a time in the coming weeks to explore the roads PM me and we'll figure something out.

Did the guy in the video say his arms got a workout? What do you ride that gives your arms a workout, a wheelchair?

Did you guys ride the whole length of 555?
I've attended OU for two years now and all the locals say it is a must to ride 555. I haven't checked it out yet, but I'm excited to hit it in the fall.

Last year we did, but Loonette and I caught it in Bartlett and rode north to Zanesville, so we missed the last few miles.

Hmm. did Loonette trade her blue mean streak in for one of the red/black 06 models?
I did 400 miles up in some of the mountain passes in colorado yesterday.

She's been reluctant to update her blog or otherwise let the forum know of her latest aquisition but, yes, that's more or less what she did. The special edition paint scheme is just plain sick! Pics don't do it justice, though, it's even better in person.

Hmm, odd that she's been reluctant. In any case congrats Loonette!

For those not familiar, the Triple Nickel (Route 555) is an 80-mile motorcycle playground in SE Ohio. Since these old posts were made, the area has become a motorcycle Mecca and now boasts NINE routes and over 1000 miles of beautiful riding. Athens is an awesome little college town with great food and nice people. If you're able, stay a few nights and enjoy as many routes as you can fit in!
