We made something like that in one of my EE classes. Range-sensitive alarm that blasts directed sound behind you when a certain distance is crossed...we were trying the technology that pinpoints your sound waves, we were able to get it localized to a 3x3ft square (the real researchers have it down to inches, but we had a low budget). It would probably vibrate their entire front end. Just use 2 massive capacitors that recharge with the 12V, would probably take about 20-30 seconds to fully charge. Could have it scream "Stop the $%#&)^ CAR!" and only their car would be able to hear it...haha

I think laws should be enacted forcing everyone to spend 2 years minimum riding a bicycle, then progress to 2 years minimum riding motorcycle and THEN the person can get a license to drive a cage. I know I'm far more an attentive cager because of the years I've spent riding a motorcycle.

Let me know if you get something like that together. I'd be interested in seeing one in action...
