Pretty sure superheroes don't fly off with princesses. They leave that to plumbers and knights.

Reporters, waitresses, and the like are the type of ladies superheros associate with.

man superheroes need to plan ahead, marry the princess assassinate her parents and take control of the kingdom. or am i just evil.

Just another example of how I read way too much into things (unless that post was sarcasm).

No sarcasm, I found it amusing, and thought he would too.

Then I guess it was I who entirely missed the point.

You could have string from the edges of the scarf attached to the center of your jacket (safety pins or something). That way, the movement would be limited, it wouldnt go to your side, or above your head... just have to the the lengths and attachment points right.

I would just make it really shorter. Less likely to do crazy things that way.
