Got Michelin Power Pure mounted on the rear of my CBR. Taking it off is easy but installing the rear wheel back on the CBR is an incredible PITA. I have done many wheel R/I on different bikes but the CBR is the biggest PITA by far.

noticed today my front tire seemed slightly low. Got home and checked it with the tire gauge and it had NO FRIGGEN AIR in the thing. Not sure how it got that low but it didnt look that flat on the way home as it still had some shape to it. Anyways put it back up to the 29 psi its supposed to have. Didnt find any leaks in it so not exactly sure why it went flat unless someone deliberately did it. The rear tire was low but only 4 lbs low.

Pretty day
It was an exciting afternoon.....
Stopped at a traffic light on an uphill for a right hander. There was an ups truck dbl parked kind of into the intersection. The yahoos behind me were already a little miffed when I didn't take a right on red. Green light and I tried to take it easy around that gdhammmm truck when right in my face comes a young teen on a bicycle from behind the truck. Never stopped so fast from almost 20 on the turn.
The kid never blinked and kept going. My mind was screaming. And I couldn't find first gear......

Yesterday I bought a scanner/printer/copy machine. So I've been scanning pictures into the computer. Like these:
That's how my bike looked in 1978. By '81 it was chopped out.

looked at bikes. checked out some triumph daytona's and street triples and then ogled a buell ulysses before heading over to check out some used bmw's and eventually making my way to the ducati store where they still have a couple 2007 monsters. one of them was a demo bike and the other just hasn't sold yet. thinking i might get one of those or a S4RS that i found up in phoenix.
