Was planning on using then over the holiday season, however since my office has gone from three people to two, that little plan went out the window.....had I the Oracle of Delphi in my back pocket, I would of used them during the riding season......oh well, best laid plans of men and mice......no matter, at least I am catching up on my sleep.

You, me and around 6 or so billion others around the world.
Oh to hit the lottery jackpot and have my dreams of wings and wheels come true. Buy a nice bit of land, perferably ocean front with a dock for my Salmon chaser, a big barn or two to convert into a shop/garage/hanger, a field I could turn into an Ultralight runway.....then spend money buying a few nice U/L's and older model bikes to fix up and play with.......ah dreams......
But come Monday, odds are its back on with the white shirt, slacks and oxfords, no ties thankfully and gluing a phone to my ear and a computer monitor dazzling my eyes as I face another week in my on-going and ultimately vain attempt of teaching clients, sales reps and other the realities of the North American trucking industry.

Yes like peeing in a wet suit, if feels good and warm but no one notices.

I know these words are English, but they mean nothing to me when arranged in that order.

They make no sense, there is no such a thing.
It's like "this glass of water is too wet to drink"......

What ever your smoking you need to share it.

Only one flaw in that design...Patrick sure seems like a real nice guy!

I know damn it....but still.....rubbing it in that he is enjoying great biking weather while up North we sit huddled up counting the days till spring.......that has to warrant at least a vicious and cruel and painful beating with a cold limp wet spaghetti noodle or something.
What did I do today? Well its day three of my forced four day vacation, company has a use it or lose it policy and since my partner in crime will be gone for Dec. 8 till after the New Year, and others in my group in other offices have already booked off next week, I had to take me remaining four days of holidays this week.....so today, went and replaced the battery in my cage.....something I wasn't planning on doing.....why do these unexpected expenses all seem to crop up on the holidays?????
I guess based on all of this I should not say that I am about to go riding today. High's in the mid 60's a day off, man I am ready to hit the road. You all have a good day, and I know I best put my bullet proof vest on saying that, nah your all way up north anyway..

I could always out-source......cold, wet, limp spaghetti noodles are easy to find even in Texas, and given the rants on more then a few political boards, there seems to be plenty of illegal immigrant labour down there looking to make a buck or two.

Apart from getting wet - I actually was forced for a few minutes to ride with my visor down because of the rain - eyes stinging - bike looked more like a hydro foil.
Boots dry
Gloves almost
Jacket still some way to go.
Had a party for Kai's 6th birthday - will be eating cake for a few more days.
