I would probably suffocate myself

I'd probably just go insane instead.

I don't watch TV, and don't have a TV anywhere near my room.

My gf has insomnia too, the only thing we've found helps is to curl up together and fall asleep... Other than that, sorry, don't have any... Nyquil maybe?

I wouldn't. Using a drug's
side effect* to meet an end is a bad idea, even if it is as innocent as using nyquil to fall asleep. Use a real sleep aid, that's what it's for. And consider talking to a doctor about it, maybe even getting an Rx.
*It's one of the reasons why they list drowsiness as a side effect, even on Nyquil.
IN OTHER NEWS. Myspace is addicting. Anyone else?

I gotta go with what Wrider says, it'll work wonders on even the most severe insomnia.
Speaking of insomnia and relationships, a week ago they put ventilation tubes in my ears and while I was in a drug induced sleep supposedly I snored. I wasn't sure if they were just messing with me or not so I called up an ex and asked if I snore. Her answer was allong the lines of:
"How would I know? You're always still awake when I fall asleep."

I would never take medicine, unless my life was in real danger. I don't even take it if / when I get sick.
I
hate medicine...
