In love, V?
PS: I think the bike I was referring to above is a Buell Lightning. It looks very similar in style to the Blast.
PPS: What kind of prep did they do on your bike? It looks like they just taped off your lights with blue masking tape and pulled the mirrors, none of the complicated de-wiring that they said.

hypercycle has very minimal track prepping requirements compared to others.
but still... my mirrors are a pain to remove bec you have to de-wire it bec of the integrated turn signals. they allow you to just fold it though but i don't wanna do that.

went solo today... litte T and bouquet canyon. bouquet canyon is so fun. i love it bec there's way less elevation changes. little T is going up and down going through 2 mountains but it's a nice practice since i suck at downhill corners.
i encountered a sheriff ranger patrol but he was kind enough to let me pass.
on the way back... 1 rider ran wide in front of me from the oncoming lane and he quickly turned back into his lane and held up his hand as a sign of apology. it was kinda scary but good thing it was a tight turn and i wasn't going fast.
weather was cloudy but not windy. perfect!
i was working on not sitting on the bike while cornering and it takes a lot out of your legs and upper body.
it feels like a nice workout though but i still need a lot of practice on this technique that i should have known a long time ago.
perhaps when i get the hang of this thing... it will make fix my grip on the bars as well. im still putting too much pressure than i need to on the handlebars.
but anyway... a nice ride overall.

met and rode with fellow TMW member... accoutred.
there was an accident on the road but i didn't stop since there's already a bunch of other riders on the scene. the bike was wedged in between a guard rail. it was on one of the 15mph hairpin turn. it's easy to mess up on those turns.
anyway... it was a nice ride for us.
short clip...

i just track prepped my bike!!!
i did it myself.
congratulate me... NOW!
the mirrors are actually not that hard to remover but i can see i'll have a hard time putting the wires back inside.
i didn't do a good tape job but i don't care. it's going to the tracks and not a bike show.
