everyone has their problems. If people would stop worrying about other peoples problems and focus on their own instead, the world would be a better place.
But it wont happen because hypocrisy is the name of the game in human existence.

How is it hypocrisy, if someone who eats healthy food, and works out every day says people are too fat, and should try harder?

because everyone has thier problems, and no one is perfect.
that said, trying to help is one thing, but bagging on someone because they are fat isnt helping.

It's not hypocrisy, but that healthy person could be a total @sshat while espousing "the right way" of doing things. Instead of running off at the mouth and telling other people what they should do, s/he should focus on himself/herself and stop worrying about others.
