Why do you people think that murderers and the like get good accomadations? They don't go to low security prisons. Way to many wrong opinions when it comes to these things. They don't sit around watching t.v. all day, plus if you did that everyday, that wouldn't be my idea of a great deal. The food is free..... well the food sucks. You think they get good food in prison? Just cause prisons aren't what they were in the WWII era doesn't mean they are an easy place to live.

that is a fact.we had one here in our neighborhood that went up for selling drugs for 4 years and his family took him his own tv to the jail and were allowed to take him $110.00 worth of food a week.he also sent home for a jacket in july because the air conditioner was set too low in the jail.he endured 5 months of this unspeakable punishment and was released to sell some more drugs to school kids.god love all of them drug salesmen.

He isn't a murderer....... and I wouldn't consider that a high security or federal prison. People that get 5 month prison sentences are treated a little differently than those that get 20+ years.

A good percentage of free Americans just sit on their butt all day and watch TV and it doesn't seem to bother them

They get cheap cafeteria food...which is 120% better than what McDonalds serves and what we feed our kids at school in 5th grade.

Outrage...thats all I can say. The justice system failed those children.

+1, the justice system failed us all i say, because now a crazed psycho "dog" is on the loose in my country, and i dont like that. I think we should have taken her out back and shot her a damn long time ago.

Well she's not free...but since she is in a mental hospital, there IS the chance that she could reform and get out, and since there are no provisions in her sentence, its perfectly possible that she could become pregnant again either in or out of the hospital.

I am not familiar with the Texas justice system...but in California once admitted/placed into a Mental Institute....in two years you are eligible to be released.

you have obviously never seen the inside of most prisons.
