Do you mean fresh spring air to replace the stale fall air in the tire?

lol...yes. In my state when you get your MC or car inspected, they analyze the air in your tires and if it's stale, you dont get your sticker and what's more... if you don't replace the stale air with fresh air air within 30 days you are hit with a steep fine! Furtermore, you may not release the stale air from your tires into the atmosphere (Texas goes to great lengths to ensure optimal air quality for it's citizens). It must be recovered and taken to a proper facility for reprocessing.

I didnt believe it but I dont know the laws in certain states. I mean some people come up with the STUPIDEST ideas in the world (like changing stale air) and some how it becomes a law.

Hmm... now you've got mulling over a run for the senate! With ideas like that, I should have a bright future in politics.

I would say the front brake should be feathered (covered) at best useing the back tourqe from the rear wheel drag alittle back brake as needed to keep the front wheel in line (not skid) slow down to apoint where you are stearing not counter stearing BUT a controlled slide is better than a skid

Yes this should leave you bike less. That old biker who told you this, comes from old school, back in the day old bikes did not have front brakes. The only way to get away from your bike was to kick off.
This idea I believe came from an old movie.

Also some bikes (especially a heavy cruiser) with single disc front brake,will shift the bike, in other words it may pull hard right, scaring the "pee" out of someone.

I have a single disk front brake and I never have that problem with pulling Left (disk is on left side of front tire). Then again I have only had to use emergency breaking once and it was 2 weeks after I first got my bike.

It's usually only a factor having one disc up front when your forks/axle aren't quite properly aligned. Same thing with my Volusia though. One front disc (right side) and it never pulled the wheel to the side during stops.
