Nice video, great corner and awesome sound.

Thanks for sharing that! Wish we had corners like that in Houston!! Unfortuately the highest points are the overpasses on the i10 freeway!

Gotta love the stars on everything.

Black? White? Just find one of the burnt orange V7s snd buy it already! Still one of the prettiest bikes you can buy :)

Yes, they do love their stars on everything, everything from trashcans to doors to floors, to walls to ...everything! But this highway sign at every traffic light on the i10 has to take the cake:

There are just none around here. In fact, I haven't seen a V7 used in months now in all of Southern Texas on craigslist, ebay or local ads. MPH Cycles I was at says he does get the occassional V7 Classic in used but it's gone in a day.

It's like no one bought one or they are parting with at all!

Seriously as cool as Guzzi's are parts can be a bit difficult from time to time so it's something to consider. For the roads and size of Texas a Triumph Sprint would IMHO be a lock to have or even an FJ style Yamaha I think any of the big sport tourers would do.

Good points! Texas is indeed quite a massive state. We drove 5 hours in each direction to look at the ZRX1200R and barely scratched the map in distance. As for parts and service, the closest dealer to my house is a Moto Guzzi dealership, which is pretty amazing since there is only 1 in Houston.

Before I go ahead with the V7 Guzzi I'll have another test ride on the highway to make sure I'm happy with it.

Good luck with the test ride and your choice. A rider in our group a had to lemon law a Guzzi because the dealer could not get a part needed for a warranty job for months on end so he opted for a lemon law and bought a Triumph instead from the same dealer on the dealers recommendation. I love the look and sound of a Guzzi but I would check how many problems have arisen with them. I will be picking up the V-50 I bagged in a week or two so I am not practicing what I preach  but I spent peanuts on the machine. Not knocking the Guzzi I love em but I'd hate to see ya miserable with it.
