If it even begins to feel like some ancient speed trip then that's definitely way too much coffee for me .
I generally drink 1-2 cups in the morning when I am out at breakfast .
Very few places I go , do I drink caffeinated coffee at , my normal breadfast place makes good coffee . Most other places I drink decaf .
And every now & then I likez me a cup of foo-foo coffee at starbucks . Too bad for me that the options for sugar free are so limited .
Ciao , Wizzard

I don't care much for coffee. For some reason, coffee makes me feel as though I have a rock in my stomach and my brain stops working, so I try to avoid it. That's on one cup...so one cup is too much for me.
