did 39.5 miles today. got too hot on the way home though.

was chillaxin at the park too...

I made a Mother's Day breakfast for my lovely wife, apple pancakes with cinammon and sugar.

Then, I tried unsucessfuly to get our sprinkling system up and running today. Something's wrong with the irrigation valve where it connects to our secondary water service -- that's one I'll have to call the landlord to get sorted out.

Had grilled cod for dinner, good stuff, now we're gonna kick back and watch the Survivor finale. WOOT!!

I had breakfast made for me...but not by any relative..then went walking in the park with cameras....it was such a nice lazy Sunday.
Then I came home to my computer to write the minutes of the last week's council meeting.

Took my wife down to have brunch with her mother...then came home & got the grocery shopping done, went for dinner with the inlaws and bought dinner...then came home again & finished the work on the bike just as my buddy from work pulled up on his bike with his daughter on hers...perfect time for a shake down ride...

Beleive it or not, the damn thing just fired right up (forgot to charge the battery after sitting in the garage all winter??)...it ran just like when I bought it...great turning, braking & smooth ride...only issue is the lower tripple has a tweak so the bars aren't perpendicular to the line of the wheel...so I need to order more parts...but it is going to be ridden on short trips so that I can at least do some riding...then some more "quality time" with the bike in the garage...let's hope I'm done with that for a while after that...

I spent some quality time with my motorcycle. I cleaned (most) and polished the chrome.

I say most, because the wheels still need some work.

Put 120 miles on the Motorcycle today.
Class at Latham NWA workshop, Meeting in Kingston tonight.

And its supposed to be a dry sunny weekend. I got a good start on it.

went for a great night ride. did a few laps around balboa park.

it's so nice to avoid the heat.

I am at a biker camping party. Arrived last night having only met a few of them before. So glad I came as had a brilliant night & making lots of friends.
