my buddy is trying it out so i thought i'd give it a shot as well.
i did much better than him (ehehehe) but i will not do the program. it seems to be geared more to losing weight, which he does need to lose a lot, while i can't afford to lose weight.
it will help with muscle mass too but with me cycling a lot, im definitely don't think i can keep up with eating 3000-3500 calories of healthy diet everyday.

Rode 280 miles home from West Wales to Hertfordshire. Good trip.

Today I removed the non-working HID headlight from the Concourse and returned it to Cycle Gear.
