But what are the red cords? I've never seen a bass with red cords flying around it up to the tuners.

Unless it's like a shoulder strap, or goes to the amp.

Or just decoration.
Amp cord. The drawing is by Gerald Scarfe from "Pink Floyd's The Wall - The Film". He did some amazing animation for the film.

Loonette , it is an old split window veedub bus laying in a field of weeds .It is from an oil painting . However I do not know the artists name . Sorry .
Often I use some of my own works as desktop backgrounds .
Yours reminded me of two I did in May of last year .

Have you seen both the animated version as well as the live concert performance ?

I've seen the movie but I don't remember that portion.

But yah that was a weird movie. I don't understand it either, but it was entertaining.

I haven't seen teh live version, only the animated one.

Upon further inspection of the image I just realized the image is looking down from the head of the bass. It makes a bit more sense now.

I thought it was looking up from the bridge to the tuners but then I noticed the bolt in the lower left corner.
Have fun on the open /¦\

I thought it looked familiar. My parents are crazy Pink Floyd fans; so, of course, I became one too :D
