I know it's a long leap to make, but you might be able to send them fresh oil, too. This issue has nothing to do with the original topic, just more of your attempts to sidestep my response.

i use valvoline regular 10W40 in Canada ON, imho i believe that regular oil and filter changes are more important than synthetic use. i change every 4 months or 2k whichever comes first. PPl may argue that with synthetic oil will last longer (i agree) is the filter at maximum efficiency after that time even if the oil is good? There are a lot of bikes out there and some with notably weaker parts ( like the camshafts in the some of the old magnum's , comes to mind) So i like to change that filter frequently as well.

That said if you want to use synthetic feel free.

Ding ding. Regardless of what kind of oil used, proper oil change intervals are always the common theme with long-lasting motors.
