I'm fine right up to the point unattached ladies are added to the equation, or just unattended ladies to think of it.

I don't agree that it's all a luxury, it's relative to each situation. A new BMW might be a luxury to me but well affordable to someone else. I do agree however that if you don't research things like gear/insurance & maintenance that you might be taken by suprise. That's why I love places like this that I can come and ask away about those experiences.

A motorcycle is no more of a luxury than my car. I need to get from point A to point B. In the winter (and bad wx), it's my car that gets the honors. All other times it's one of my two (1978 CB400TII Hawk and 1980 CB750F SuperSport) bikes that gets the honors.

It's transportation.
