I would like to go out there and rip through there. But I just have not had the time. And I think that is really hurting me.

Try not to worry about going fast, just enjoy the ride. Your confidence will return with experience. If you take a turn slower then you used to, "so what?" As long as you enjoy it still.

You are over-thinking things. Just get back on the bike and enjoy the ride like you did before you came off.

I have crashed more than once and have jumped back on the moment I was physically capable of riding again. I know the mistakes I made which led up to the accidents and I endeavour to not make them again.

Simple as that.

Everyones comfort level is different getting on a bike. After my wife dumped her bike it took about a week and a half to get back on. She never got hurt bad, just a bruised shoulder, scraped elbow (lining of leather jacket), thats about it. It scared the crap out of her more then anything.
