You'll get no argument from me about that. Except for the very western edge when you hit the mountains.... but most of it is tire-squaring monotony defined.

UHT Milk - we have it here. I refer to it as the emergency milk because I generally have a couple of cartons at the back of a cupboard. Lasts forever but Tastes weird.
