Wow, I've had it in for white vans since before I started riding. It's like they're out hunting me. Had no idea it was a nation-wide problem. Maybe people should be required to get an additional license endorsement to drive these vehicles.

Like what? Eating the raw flesh of a freshly killed animal under the light of a full harvest moon? Does that include black magic? Because these guys are vicious.

Well by making them get an endorsement, they could be excorcised before driving the vans, thereby hopefully making white vans slightly less.... evil.

I guess I'm in the minority. I actually enjoy watching OCC. I'm not a chopper guy at all and they are definitely a disfunctional family (aren't they all) but they seem like decent enough people. I guess. I tried that Jesse James show a few years ago, but he didn't do it for me. Really all it takes for me is being nominally about motorcycles and showing welding and pipe-bending. I'm sure they are making a mint, but it's no skin off my nose. I don't buy the stuff because I don't like a bunch of labels on my clothing, but it doesn't keep me from enjoying the show. I could care less if they are the absolute best or other people deserve it more. Expecting TV Land to be a meritocracy is beyond ludicrous.

Heck, only reason I ever watched Monster Garage was probably because of welder-envy.

Who cares what they're building, so long as they show them building something.

I think it would be a lot more interesting to see the engineering and r&d departments of Yamaha or Honda at work designing and developing new bikes.

So long as it's better than that NASA Videophile... Ugh.

My sister has some sort of Satellite TV package, but she doesn't buy anything, so all we get are three stations in Arabic, about 50 stations that want to sell us something, and then, the only thing reasonably worth watching, is this 'NASA' program, where they show you (apparently in real time? Day by day? Not sure..) exactly what NASA is doing to prepare for a specific mission.

This can be enteraining *at times*, but is equally likely to be a video camera showing three guys polishing solar panels for about five hours straight.

Not bad if heavy beathing in plastic suits turns you on.

Yep. I'd love to see that too. But I'm sure the board of directors would never let their 'secret' designs get out. Hell, I'd settle for a documentary on the assembly line/manufacturing plant.

i love the NASA channel!! its great at night they show satelite footage of the earth...its great...we used to just sit and watch it in college...thats probaly why i failed out.
