Yeah - many people are "afraid" of Palin.

I can see her as POTUS too - many people can, and not because of McCain being "old" either. And we're thrilled. If she manages to get through the elections, and successfully navigate 4yrs as VP, she'll make a heck of a candidate in '12. Hillary will stick around too I imagine for a '12 run herself. I think she's "scary".

Why is it that these celebrities are telling us to vote? They are entitled to their use of speech but making those of us who don't vote feel guilty is absurd. If they would take the time to fill their empty brains they would know that there's not much of a difference between the candidates. It's all empty promises and behind the scenes deal making. It's all corporate control and until that starts to decline is when I start voting.

Anyone who wants to be president shouldn't be. I'm still looking for that quote.

Because they live in a vacuum.

she shoots guns and isnt willing to attempt to remove them from our cold hands. Oboma tries to remove our guns and I see a civil war happening because I know alot of NRA members that would shoot anyone who tries to remove their guns from their homes. I know guys with 2000 guns that all shoot (my grandpa cleaned every single one so every single one is capable of being shot) and I have friends with 50-200 guns and some have over 10,000 rounds in their house.

Yes, I am. Are you excited and proud of the liar Biden? I won't even bring up BOs teleprompter trip or one up with with Palin's wingin-it when hers went down. Oh wait...I did.

She's my kinda people. You know, the kind that everyone hates She's a mom of 5, a wife and holds a full time job and owns a business on the side. She's physically active and in touch with the outdoor life. She went from a concerned mom in the PTA to city council, to a 2 term mayor to state oil/gas conserv. commission to governor. She's not stupid. Though the media and her opponents would like to paint her as so. She has smarts or she wouldn't have made it past PTA. She's a good study or she would have pissed off a lot of people in town. I'd challenge a lot of people to have the kind of grasp on national and international affairs in the first month of the US Senate. So she isn't an encyclopedia - not a big deal. She isn't making decisions on her own. She isn't the POTUS. McCain isn't dead. Her area of responsibility as VP will be Energy, Reform and special needs children/families.



As a person who's interviewed for jobs, I read up on the things I need to be prepared for what the interviewer is looking for. Knowing that I make absolutely sure they can see what my character and values are. Wanna know why? Because if it is a nail-biting decision between me and another, my character and attitude are what is going to get me the job. Skills can be taught. Ethics, integrity and good character are harder to come by.

Sarah Palin - a breath of fresh air and common sense with a clear slate. You can take your Chicago Political Machine lawyers and life-long blow-hard Senators.



To top it all off - job security. Small business - I am one....one that is in the firearms industry. Now that's a conundrum. Obama and Biden are notoriously anti-gun. They say they are not, but they will say anything to get elected. Take a look at the pathetic state Chicago is in. Take a look at Biden's attitude towards citizens who call their guns 'their babies' - I am that citizen. What I need least is these two liars, the Democratic weeds in Congress, and a left-sided Supreme court crippling our firearms industry. Not only gun manufacturers, but everything else that goes along with them on the market. It is serious business. They don't walk the walk on this issue. The above examples are just A FEW in a long history of their action against guns and law-abiding citizens.

If Obama is so damned concerned about my rights and not letting guns fall into criminal hands, the correct move is to not cut off my supply and tie my hands with bans, price increases, or buying limits (I am not the criminal, remember?). Rather, since he likes increased spending, pet projects and handing out money with his Socialistic methods, he can send me and every other legal, law-abiding gun owner several thousand dollars so that we may purchase top notch safes in order to secure our firearms so they do not fall into the wrong hands. Its a win-win because afterall, he is trying to be fair to everyone, right? Us 2A proponents are helped out and criminals will have a harder time getting ahold of a gun to commit crimes. Problem solved.

What do Canadians have vested in the election? Seriously, fill me in. Trade? Economics? Health care? Sure, shares our Northern border which means the cooperation of citizens to and fro for recreation, trade and military defense. What else? Is there serious policy in danger?

Can I get a rundown, pros and cons for both tickets on policies and agreements that would help or hurt Canadians? What parts of the policies will help you. What parts will hurt you?


The "we're curious" or "US elections are interesting" things just don't fill me in. Why US politics in an other than soap opera drama? What in this election will directly affect Canadians the way that Americans will be affected?


Our economy and stock market - How has it affect Canadians? I mean, are you seeing the same trends in your investments as Americans are?

I would like to think Canadians don't antagonize US citizens because of their partisanship. I would like to think they have their choices based on particular matters. Fill me in.
