I booked my room today. So CCRyder and I will be coming from Vancouver together. We plan to be at Keystone on the 18th.
Next is the daunting task of planning the route. When I look at the map it's a bit impressive and exciting (and a bit scary) when I see how far away it is.
I already put together a "first try" using interstates.(lots of rest stops)....so the next will be looking at the secondary highways....

Blues2cruise, good luck with all the mapping.
I almost wish I was coming from Vancouver.

it's a bit overwhelming
I like the word "impressive" instead, Blues, for "overwhelming."

Besides, it
will be an impressive feat, and not the first one you've pulled off, either.
I look forward to meeting you, Lion Lady, follow, and coffee brake (I do hope she decides it's worth going!), and Wrider & slimcolo if they appear. And now, CCRyder too! On a 950 V-Star, I understand--very nice.

Yes, Blues2Cruise and I are making the trip to the AMA, and looking at the map it is a long way... We are leaving lots of time to get there and back, plus time for breaks along the way. I am really looking forward to this adventure!!

Lots of "IF's" for me with regard to this convention. My bike is still being restored (by me) and I suffered a traumatic hand injury which Im still waiting on insurance for an MRI approval - it is a sure bet that surgery is in the near future....so I might have to wait til next year - unless I hit some jackpot of some sort and can buy a new bike!!!
I hope all of you who are going will post all about your trip, take photos and note all the good times and you all have a safe and fun trip.

We would still embrace you if you came by bus....
I hope the hand proves to be not too serious.

Fortunately, I don't work on weekends.
Waiting for the afternoon thunderstorms to roll through so I can go get it-the joys of living near the beach
