Mountain Hikes or Beach Strolls is a really difficult one for me as I love the hills & my heart is in the Highlands. If I am honest tho I prefer to ride in the mountains & walk on the beach - preferably a wild, windy & rocky winter beach.

East Coast..... or...... West Coast?

(eg I prefer West coast of UK but could be Canada/USA/Africa or anywhere)

For sheer beauty, wild and raw nature, it has to be the West Coast of Canada....aka BC. The East Coast is great no doubt about it, but cruise some of our Fjords, see mountains rising out of the sea and soaring to the sky, the mysterious and surreal feeling of the eerie quiet of a foggy day with a heavy dew dripping from pine tree at the waters edge....it just does not get any better then that. Plus as an added bonus, you can cast out a line and haul in a fresh dinner of five types of Pacific salmon, monster Halibuts, Red Snapper, Cods, and shell fish.

mmm, seafood.....Lobster or Crab?

Even in the US, the West Coast spanks the East Coast beyond belief in natural beauty. There are nothing on the East Coast that can compare to the jaw dropping stunningly gorgeous landscapes of western states like Wyoming. And yes Canada spanks the US as well. :canada:

I don't really like lobster at all but I do like soft shell crabs, so crabs.

Authentic British Fish n Chips?

This will sound very partisan but it has to be fish & chips with certain conditions.........

Must be haddock (not cod) & has to be cooked in the Scottish way which is a different batter from elsewhere. Should also be accompanied by special chippie brown sauce (vinegar + brown sauce is same bottle) + whenever possible a mealie pudding! (Who's going to know what that is)?

Tent............or ..........Caravan?
