LOL. Thanks mogster. A little late, but this birthday has already been going on several weeks. Sixty was never in my game plan so it's taking a little getting used to.

I was just reading up on Mick Jagger. He's 68 and probably more active than most people half his age. He runs,swims, works out at the gym, does yoga, karate,this and that. Unbelievable. So 60 is still young. Right?

Back at work after a week off with reccurrence of back pain. Taking it easy today tho
