From what I've read Alpinestars leathers tend to be made for tall and skinny (which is what you are I believe) and their quality is absolutely top of the line, give them a check.

alpinestars would have been perfect since they have the small size that i believe will fit me.
but my budget is only $800 max.

Get bit by another cat, but find a bigger one this time... so it does some real damage.Kal wrote:That puts you halfway there, all you have to do is save the otehr half for them.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Not all alpinestars leathers are that expensive...check their new "soon to be released" suits. The stage, sphere, etc.
Or try this
Or my personal favorite ebay!
There are a TON of new suits (both 1 and 2 piece) that you can buy instantly (no stupid bidding)
*edit* just realized that site only has that suite in one size/color. Although perhaps it'll work for you (you do have a black bike, although the size may be off)

i want one w/ an aerody hump. the cheaper, vector model, alpinestars w/ the hump looks bad so didn't want it either.
this is big money im spending so i better make sure i get the stuff i like or else i'll just wait.
i also intend to spend money on a cornering school but i can't find one that is not track based.
i can't go to the tracks yet, so many things i need...
1. 1pc leather suit
2. racing bodywork
3. truck and trailer ...i could rent but that'd be too much money i'd rather spend on other stuff. i need some friends that have powerful trucks.

I try to keep my yap shut about your purchasing criteria, Verm, but you may want to dig a little deeper when researching safety equipment.VermilionX wrote:

Until you can get to 45 degrees you don't need a cornering school. Something tells me you haven't made it past 80 degrees yet.
