I went out with my camera this morning to photograph cherry blossoms. Than I went to RONA and bought some plumbers putty and teflon tape. Now I'm about to install a new sink drain. I removed the garbeurator.
OH....I also bought some marigolds to plant around the other plants that the wild rabbits keep eating. Sigh...My garden will never look nice if the rabbits keep eating all the plants. They don't like marigolds, so I hope by planting a ring of them around the plant it will deter them from eating it.

I almost finished the kitchen sink project. I got the pipe cut and the pieces dry fitted.....I can't get the glue open. Sigh.....

Try some of these to get the proper torque.

Went out yesterday and bought a used 'Ab Lounger Ultra Sport' from a guy, $15.00. I know it's not a miracle machine or anything, but I'm hoping I can use it to turn my sit-ups and crunches into an interval exercise rather than counting my way through them.

Sun's out today and it's actually warm -- no chance of riding with the kids today, but I'm excited to get outside and take the sun just the same. Maybe do some vehicle washing today.

johnj.....here's what I did . I boiled water in the kettle and then poured the boiling water over the tin.
Voila...I got the lid off and now have all the pats glued and a functioning sink and drain.

Got back yesterday from a week-long trip to Denizli, Turkey. Installed a new battery in the bike this morning and put 100 km on it this afternoon.

You did say you were getting delivery of your new home on Friday.....

I enjoyed it. Yes, it has the usual good vs. evil theme. But there was plenty of suspense, a few surprises and lots of special effects. I think you'll enjoy it, too.

Nah, I don't have a hitch yet, dealer is installing as part of the sale...
