Woohoo! What a fun night. We ate at a traditinoal JPN place tonight...sahimi, tempura, crab pot soup thingy...sake...Asahi...rolls, ate baby eels...live shrimp...roll your own wasabi... it rocked!

Then our friend Doogie-san took us to a bar where we did karaoke. The lady owner is a friend of a friend who taught the dances for the parade in Summer Festival. What a great night.

Because cooking for drunk people, while entertaining, gets old. And I smell like frying oil. and grease. and it's 3rd shift. and the hours aren't there. and i don't think i can hold out until after class is over and i can get a REAL job. I just need something better for a few months.

And then there's the annoying dishwasher who's stupid friend I almost strong-armed out the door. That kid is asking for it if he thinks its okay to touch me again. And the dishwasher himself is a little tard. I'm so glad he's on a different shift.

Now and then I just get the urge to shove one of the customers faces into the frier if they ask for 14 eggs over easy, along with 23956923 other things because they're drunk and on a bet. All last night was spent in a pissed off mood. Until I eventually said "fudge" it and took a nap in a booth. Woke up and was just tired for the last hour of work. Thank goodness the morning crowd is a bunch of old people who get simple, small breakfasts.
