Today I put things in order at my personal plot. Can't figure out where this garbage comes from? I clean everything in the fall, and in the spring there is a mess in the yard.

Did some yard work all morning til before lunch time and worked on my hot pepper garden in the afternoon. Rode my bike around for about an hour and got home. I'm actually jobless for about 3 months now so I use my time doing things just so I won't get bored.

And I did almost nothing all day because the weather was disgusting. Well, it was rainy, disgusting to work around the house. But inside the house I put things in order a little, I collected 3 boxes of unnecessary things. Rather, they seemed to be necessary, but they lay idle for several years, so I decided to throw it all away.

I spent over 2 hours cleaning my truck. It was long overdue. The dust from so many back road adventures finally got to me. Then did yardwork. My arms are sore from working at somebody else's yard the day before, so no riding. I will ride tomorrow.

I had time to drink coffee with amaretto and cream, read the news. Today I work from home, trying to tune in to the workflow while reading the forum.

Today I stood in the rain with my morning coffee. It was refreshing. We have been enduring a heat wave and forest fire smoke and drought conditions. The rain is extremely welcome.

bought a brisket and seasoned it, used youtube videos to get me started, it is slow cooking now!

I have a day off, so I can do whatever I want. I had a lot of plans for the day, but I think I will just eat nachos, drink beer and play my favorite games.

Today was fly out day from work. Ina hotel in Toronto and tomorrow I fly to the USA to see the wife and kids. Haven’t been home since start of September. After this time though it’ll be the last time I have to fly home, since they’re finally reopening the us border to Canadian land traffic in a couple weeks!

Canada is still making it hard to get back though. You have to pay for a covid test.
