 That sounds funny, but every hobby or sport has got a certain ettiquete to it.

What is the proper ettiquette for a mosh pit? I'm more of a country bar kinda gal. For us it's, no drinks on the dancefloor, makes it sticky when you spill it and you can't slide (no, not the electric slide you california cowboys think dancing is) :cowboy:

heres some pit ettiquitte...

Mosh Pit Etiquette

Armed with this background info, you may feel inclined to join the fray. But be aware that there’s a loose code of conduct. Slam dancing is about releasing aggression, but it’s a controlled release. You are not trying to hurt anybody.

Rule 1: Respect your fellow moshers

In the mosh pit, everyone is equal. Regardless of race, sex or creed, you’ll be slammed like everyone else. That said, there’s an implicit respect for the fairer sex. And it seems mosh pits with girls plucky enough to join are happier places. Still, an absence of estrogen in not a license to maim you neighbour.

Rule 2: Help the fallen

At 99 percent of shows involving a mosh pit, everyone in the pit follows this one rule: Never trample a fallen slam dancer. If someone is on the ground you MUST help him or her up.

I have been to many shows and witnessed only one trampling related injury. During Green Day’s set at the Vans Warped Tour, a girl who fell in the pit broke her arm. The lead singer, Billie Joe Armstrong, saw her and stopped the show, saying to the crowd, “This show does not continue until the girl with the broken arm is out of the pit. This is punk music people! It’s about being together!”

Rule 3: Don’t be a dick

Of course, it can be hard to follow rules when you’re in the thick of a mosh pit. At the very least you should use common sense: Don’t be a dick!

When one or two idiots break this cardinal rule – and make the pit a war zone – a beat-down sometimes takes place. It’s a form of vigilante justice laid down by the other moshers who are tired of the offending party’s excessive, and often alcohol-fueled, aggression.

Beat-downs occur when security guards can’t get into the pit fast enough to remove the instigators. And as the term implies, they aren’t pretty.

I dont know if this is true or how accurate it is, as Im not a mosher, but enjoy.

Man, its too bad everybody can't have a team as awesome as the Patriots. Hang in there buddy. :P

(go pats)
ahem. PFFFFFT. There is but one true America's Team - and that my friends is the Dallas Cowboys. Comments about their lack of Super Bowl glory in the last decade (ok, more than a decade) will be met with the rawr! Even w/ the often suctacular displays on the grid iron, I need not direct your attention any futher than the legendary cheerleaders - for which you owe us a debt of gratitude!

Nah we were just shooting clays...in a spot overlooking the Brazos River...a spot that the state probably wouldnt appreciate us discharging firearms from ;)

And yes, Tim's pants need some help...

He owns an S83 tho so he cant be all bad, right? haha
