I'll go easy on you. First, I'm living in Italy, so - I don't care what you say, Pizza here is "Authentic." Better than that slop they serve from Pizza Hut or Domino's (Though Papa John's is actually pretty close)
Second. Pepperoni IS a pig product. And also, Pepperoni is NOT italian. Here they put spicy salami on pizza. Pepperoni means "Big Pepper" in Italian. It's a Bell Pepper.
Third, I'll have to agree with you that Italian Pizza IS round. But I grew up on Sicilian rectangular pizza with a thick crust, and that stuff is Wonderful - Especially leftovers that you can eat cold for breakfast!
Finally, Pizza is only made in Wood-Fired ovens. So unless you've had it cooked this way, you've never eaten Pizza. Just a sorry imitation. And as far as I know Wood ovens are banned in the USA because they are "Unhygenic." Also, real mozzerella is made from the unpasteurized milk of the water buffalo. First of all, there isn't any water buffalo mozzerella in the states, and second, all milk products in the states are required to be Pasteurized, so you'll never know what REAL mozzerella is. Sorry, you lose out big time.

Sorry, but you are incorrect my friend. Italy may have invented the pizza, but America made pizza what it is. The stuff you are eating in Italy is the steam engine automotive of the pizza world, American pepperoni is the diesel Chevy. We have a far superior product, and do not dare put french fries on our delicate round electric-oven-baked cuisine.
So there.
PS: Yes, pepperoni is a pig product. Whatever

Not sure where you heard or read that, but I've had wood-fired pizza. It's not terribly common, but I could find it fairly easily even around these parts (last time I had it was in Vegas).
And there are plenty of ways to get around the pasturization. It's not like we have milk police watching from satelites. But there aren't any buffalo of any kind here in the U.S., so ours is probably made from cow milk.

Sorry your royal automotive highness

I bet if it was 1890 and you were driving around a steampowered cart you'd be impressed.

Well then I pity you, Tech. The latest iteration of Chevrolet Silverado 2500 is powered by a Duramax diesel sourced from Isuzu, which is then mated to an Allison commercial truck transmission. That's a 300k mile vehicle if I've ever seen one. I would be damn proud to own one, and might even offer to tow a dozen or so of whatever passes for transportation in Italy.
