Beers - needs to be hoppy.

Used to drink Marston Pedigree/Guinness/most real ales
Used to brew my own 25 yrs ago from the grain - mash and cold break then hop and dry hop,varying recipies. Northern Brewer hops being the driest flavour.
Now mostly Red wine/Dark Rum but do enjoy Badger's Best Bitter - originally brewed after the Napoleonic Wars a Dorset Ale -also use as a stock in my Steak/mushroom and Ale Pie.

Tonight - a Spannish Red.

Favorite beer? Any of the Black Sheep ales closely followed by the offerings from Witchwood. Then there is "proper" cider for that 'woke up this morning with animal droppings in my mouth' night out

Just tried Wachuset Octoberfest last night. It's gooood. And I'm not usually a big Octoberfest fan.

Getting pleasantly wasted on a combination of Post Road Pumpkin ale and Stella Artois Switching to Jack and coke for the ultimate hangover
