My point was there's drastically more effort of injecting political agenda than partaking in motorcycling chat. There's better suited forums for blowhards..err, I mean, political talk junkies. Why troll around?

Obviously you have no understanding of the engineering of these buildings. Quite simple that it would collapse into a pile of rubble. A jet full of fuel (the hijackers picked plane destined for long distance flight to assure maximum jet fuel yield) crashed into the core of the building at high speed. The center of the building and the outer levels were not designed to take high impact from a multi-ton object. Even as the aircraft shattered, the engines did not. Those rammed right into the central stair-cases. A few floors in there were an inferno and the steel lost all of its protective coating and it's melting rating was lowered as a result of the plane's impact and explosion. Amazingly though, after analysis by engineers, they found the beams running from the center to the external structure did not melt and fall, but instead the pulled the outside of the building in as much a 5 ft due to sagging from heat stress, before finally yanking the outside of the building in break the external mass. The external mass was badly weakened by the initial impact. The firewalls in the centeral stairwells were made for fire protection, but they were just drywall, so the impact destroyed most of the center of the building. This left the outside to hold the whole building, which it did quite well, unitl those beams sagged too much and busted the stronger outer structure. Quite amazing they lasted that long. Great engineering. This outer breach brought the several tons of floors down on top of the lower ones. Tell me you can't see how 10 or so stories of a building dropping 2 or more stories wouldn't destroy the low floors. How many tons do you think the upper floors weigh? And part of what was heard after the initial fall was the continued collapse, under the smoke and dust that we couldn't see. Some of the structure remained, but as the time went on, and more fires burned, more chemicals ignited in the building, and more collapse took place. Tell me how many cars were parked in the basement of the building? A lot. A lot of more fuel, and how much cargo of unknown types. I'm sorry; this is more conspiracy theory stuff and it is as nutty as the one that thought the US military shot a missle into the pentagon instead of it being a jet plane. I hate the government, and fear them, but they are not smart enough to pull off a cover-up like the one they are suggesting here. Look at all the supposed witnesses here. Silly. There would be too many leaks to stop if this was true.

We are welcoming open discussion in the Soap Box here on TMW, but one has to wonder why someone would come here, have only three posts, and all of them having nothing to do with motorcycles. You never even went into the "Start your engines" forum and introduced yourself, which is the standard way to get started.

Again, I'm happy to hear about your theories about any conspiracies, but first introduce yourself and become a known member of the community.

And for the record - I am no fan of Bush. I also think he is a liar and proven to be a crooked man, and not a very good American as well. But I just don't think any of the things you said make sense. You have a skewed view of building engineering. What happened to the twin towers totally makes sense.

Physics, science, and nature are still vastly misunderstood by modern humans - we may think we can explain every thing, but truly there are still some mysteries out there. Remember doing the experiment as a kid where you place a stick in a bucket of water? The stick appears bent, does it not? But is the stick truly bent? NO! But your conspiracy theory might be a bit bent.


Putting it lightly, I am no fan of George Bush II, nor am I a fan of our current administration, but I do not believe that our government is hiding anything about what happened. They may be in denial about why it happened, but that's for another day.
