Feeling the weight difference from the stock can was amazing. I believe there's about a 10lbs difference. Anyway, if anyone is thinking of getting this slip-on can one thing to know is you do not need a gasket because the clamp included with the slip-on substitutes as the gasket and a new OEM gasket is to small for the pipe. I made sure by calling up Leo Vince tech support because the directions given with the pipe wasn't clear. I ended up wasting $20 for a oem gasket. I also put on some levers from Pazo, some yoshi engine guards, and some spools.

Your bike looks good, man. Do your sliders have caps or something on them?

Thanks! No, they only look like they have caps because of the lighting. The sliders are from Woodcraft.

Another Ride

The Start of the ride in SF.

Reg, Bella, and I rode Hwy 1 to Stinson Beach. The weather was awesome. Very warm. There were a lot of people out because of the good weather. Especially in Sausalito. I can never get enough of how good that dam flame broiled burger place is. The event of the day happened when this old geezer driving a Ferrari cut Reg off. Not a nice thing to do to a beginning rider. I had some nice kind words to say to him but I'll keep that to myself. ; ) Overall it was a great day.

I gave Gene a ride lesson today. He's been interested in moto's for awhile. He finally got his permit but hasn't had the time till now. Well lets just say I got to introduce a new person to the world of motorcycles. :) I always love that look on their face when they get to twist the wrist on a moto for the very first time.:jump:

Mean Gene on my XT225. That little bike has taught 4 people how to ride a motorcycle. :)
