HEEEELP I don't know how to get it off

The FAMILY!!! Is this out of the Godfather?? I know what irritates me is when customers call me and just start talking like I've been their best buddies for ages when in fact I've spoken to them twice and not at all in 6 months! And then they expect me to remember every detail our the conversation we had 6 months ago about something silly and they still haven't told me their name. LOL... Helloooooo??? And you are who again????

Usually, when they do that they want to:

A. Return merchandise they didn't buy from you.
A-1 As above, except the material was custom made to specification and is non-returnable under any circumstances.
A-2 They want you to waive all restocking or return charges on all materials left over from a construction project.
B. Extend their credit line to buy more merchandise, even though they are into your company for thousands over their credit limit.
C. Want you to delay forclosure or stop work processes on jobs they are unable to complete due to bankruptcy proceedings.

There are more, of course. In any case beware, you will be the screwee rather than the screwer.....

LOL...So true. The other one I like is "well don't I get a better price for buying 10"?? To which I generally respond "put a couple of zero's behind that and we'll talk"!!
