Thanks. That is good to know. That means there is hope.storysunfolding wrote:I felt the same way when I came back to riding last year. It took me awhile to retune myself with the bike. However, one day I threw the leg over and I was perfectly one with the bike. Great feeling
Are you close to the area known as The Palouse? (sp?)Skier wrote:Way to be, Blues. You're sure to think more about riding the nicer it gets outside.
Yes, Pullman is one of the four "centers" to the Palouse.blues2cruise wrote:Are you close to the area known as The Palouse? (sp?)Skier wrote:Way to be, Blues. You're sure to think more about riding the nicer it gets outside.
While obviously this doesn't apply to the chest pains - are you maybe worrying too much about the whole thing and how much fun you're having to enjoy it?blues2cruise wrote:Third time out. I had to deliver some paperwork to someone today, so I decided to use the bike for the purpose. It's a beautiful sunny day here so using the bike was an opportunity to practice.
My riding seems ok. Shifting, braking and cornering are coming back. I think my coordination is improving.
However....no smiles for me today. In fact, I am still getting chest pains. Chest pains are a sign of anxiety.
On my way home I stopped into an almost empty parking lot in Central Park to practice weaving, circles, u-turns and stopping.
I need to practice some more. My circles weren't as tight as they could be.![]()
If the weather holds, I'll try again tomorrow.
Hmmmmm.....Good question. I don't know. I'll keep your question in mind the next time I go out.Nalian wrote:While obviously this doesn't apply to the chest pains - are you maybe worrying too much about the whole thing and how much fun you're having to enjoy it?blues2cruise wrote:Third time out.
