I'll give you that. As impressive at our Patriots cheerleaders are (like everything else associated with the pats), Cowboys might take the cake.

As for actual football, they were definately an force to be reckoned with, too bad it was 10 years ago. :D

And Petes rules of engagement, I mean Pit etiquette would be pretty much where I'm coming from.

Sadly too many hardcore kiddies think the idea is to cause damage and pit against others rather than with.

A good way of telling the difference between an old skool pit and one that has no idea is fliling fists. In an old skool pit the body from shoulder to waist is an open target.

The strike performed by palm, forearm or shoulder is an agressive shove rather than an attempt to cause damage.

The idea is to bounce other pitters' across the pit not put them in hospital.

The last good pit I was in was Anthrax. A lot of more modern bands with younger fans have pits I won't go near. Too much about damage and unlikely to pull fallen pitters up. No fun.

However what I can do, espeically with a number of my friends, is carve a dancefloor right up...

My hair reached this length within 3 years of the last time I grew it and grew no further. The last time it was cut was in 1990.

Coventry... It's one city or so over...

There is a phrase; "send to Coventry" meaning you don't speak to people who have been sent.

I've got Rock City to the north in Nottingham - one of the largest and oldest Metal clubs in the UK. Which is kind of how I eventually ended up on this site...

egads yours grows in slower than mine does if it took you 2 weeks to get that. I haven't shaved in 2 weeks either. I keep trying to grow it out but it never grows in that well so I end up chopping it when it gets to a certain point.
