I thought that would be obvious to everybody. Cables lying disconnected, etc. One look shows that the right clip on is totally bare. It's obviously not ridable yet and clearly not finished.

Here's someone who was paying attention. I even make mention of it in this thread.
What does that have to do with my comment? I wasnt aware that since it wasnt rideable, it could not look like a box of crayons puked on it
Heh...well look at it this way:
[sarcasm]I don't know about you, but I just love it when I post up an accomplishment step in a project and the first thing someone tells me is that it's ugly![/sarcasm]

Pride in your work is fine, but did you really expect anyone to look at that pic and comment on what a nice job has been done with it, especially with no 'before' pic, which I would assume would be a big pile of parts?

Step back and look at your bike. As it sits, it does look like a Technicolor Ralphfest, don't it?

I am looking forward to seeing it when it's done.

**Applicable to all and not directed at the O.P...... so chill the fluck out, eh?**

And some friendly ribbing should be mandatory for any post/pic/project on this (or any) site. It used to be like that, but so many people get their panties wound up tight over this stuff, it's impossible anymore. :frusty:

Dam the P.C. , entitled mentality of the general public anyway.....

If someone has taken the time to think up a funny at your expense, take it as a compliment, get off your lazy, uptight azz and think of a good comeback, or else just accept the compliment and move on with your life, if that's all you are capable of doing.

There is enough in life to get worked up about. Can't we come here to get away from all that? Have a beer, smoke a J, do some yoga, whatever it is you do to feel better, and have some bloody fun when you're here.

I offer a removal service for any and all sticks that may be found up whatever body orifice you have. For a very reasonable fee.....

Post a piccy of your streetfighter BuzZz :D! I'll make fun of it, I promise.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

mmm

Slept in
Drank Coffee
Took a Shower
Went for a run
Did some stationary bike
Lifted some weights
Ate lunch
Wrestled with the dog
Ordered my new windscreen
Now drinking green tea

RYR, interesting bike you got going on. Are you keeping the rear wheel the same size? Gonna chop the rear subframe? What's the plans for the Honda parts project? You know what that reminds me of? Johnny Cash and 'One Piece at a Time', except yours aint a GM

What more could be said? Not much from your corner, I'll admit.

But from this end, I can say.... this year, our fearless leader is toolin' around on his Suzuki.....

BTW.... how's that VFR for pullin'? I am thinking of trying out a makeshift brake system on the ol' Zuk, but I need a tow vehicle.

There's nothing funny about those bikes. You know that.

Besides, you sold it already..... no fun teasing you about something you don't own anymore. We'll wait until you buy your next bike and work with that. Buy a purple one.

That's a swell dog. I like him.

He's facing the wrong direction though.

is it flipped horizontally??? Wow, when I tell my dog to roll over that never happens.

9:30 woke up, went back to bed
12:30 woke up, checked email.
1:00 watched roommate play final fantasy XII
1:20 ate lunch (left over chinese)
2:30 watched "Stay Alive" a weird horror movie about a video game that overlapped reality.
3:40 got up and snagged some Dreyers slow churned cookie dough icecream and added chopped up peanut butter cups from Trader Joe's.
4:30 watched my roommate play yet more final fantasy, fell asleep
6:00 woke up and got on the web. Made an appointment to take my motorcycle license test. Tuesday at 10:20
10-12 watched TV while drinking beer and eating icecream.
1-2 made a best of playlist from my itunes library to upload to my palm when I wake up.
2:00-2:30 read webcomics
I'm starting a petition to cull narrowminded dull people - be afraid Peter, be very afraid....
