Dirt I started on a Husky 125 (Husqvarna) GOOD TIMES life was simple.

Started on the street, 1979 Honda CB750F black/oranage. In retrospect I should have started on something a bit smaller but the 750 was a nice bike and I had it for a long time. I was lucky and never had any serious mishaps just cosmetic ones.

I instruct on a CSC course now and I find that people that have dirt experience frequently make very good street riders as they are comfortable with different surfaces and they don't get nervous when the bike moves around under them.

Homemade mini bike....followed closely by cousins dirtbike (honda 80) til he broke his wrist jackassing around.....mom soon outlawed that...was adult before I managed to get on again.
