My parents were watching ABC News show PrimeTime in which a segment called "What Would You Do?" came on.

My parents love watching this but it pisses me off to no end. This episode was where a fat woman was being taunted by a group of girls, then a group of boys (all actors) and they were trolling to see who would intervene. Many people didn't and the correspondent made it seem like it was a bad thing that only a handful of people would put an end to it while the majority would just walk away.

Some mentally challenged psychologist from Colgate University had to put in some insight that it was horrible that not many people would get involved.

This show pisses me off because I hate feeling helpless and useless in such situations but I wouldn't get involved because I might get hurt or get in legal trouble should a fight erupt. I hate being the bad guy with no gosh morals.

I've been picked on my whole life and I would be humiliated in front of girls and my friends the last thing I needed was this. Swinging a bat at my parents made me feel good though, bastards wouldn't change the channel and I was trying to enjoy a damn meal.

Just because I wouldn't help makes me a bad person? I hate feeling weak and defenseless. If I was ever caught in this show I would put one hell of a hurting on the camera crew and actors any way I can.

/end rant.

I guess girls want a man who's strong and not a coward.

Don't mind the media, they're there to just sensationalise things. I pity any viewer gullible enough to get suckered into that kind of thing. At least you saw straight through it.

To be honest kids will be kids, and most kids in that situation are attention seeking anyway. Better to just ignore them than give them what they're seeking in my opinion. That would go for the ladies reaction to it, too.

Some how the satelite dish seems out of place too, for a bike gang that is renowned for being big burly thugs, despite the reality that most are generally nice people

I finally got a call back from the Yamaha dealer. If you recall, there was parts missing from when the bike was repaired after the crash last year.

I took it in over 2 weeks ago to have them look at the problem and the service guy saw that parts were missing.
He ordered the parts and I had heard nothing since. It's not really safe to ride in traffic until it gets fixed properly.

S0-0-0-0......he called me back....apparently the parts came in and have been sitting there...but nobody bothered to call me.
Sheesh......

I'm taking my bike over tomorrow for them to fix it. Hopefully they will do it properly this time.

I went to the Art Gallery. Had lunch out with a friend. Did some photography. It was quite a decent day actually.

I read the news.

VANCOUVER - A B.C. judge has ruled that a full-patch member of the Hells Angels and two associates are not members of a criminal organization in a trial that was a key test of the recent federal anti-gang legislation.


Justice Anne MacKenzie did find Hells Angels associates Richard Rempel, 24, and David Revell, 43, each guilty of one count of possession of cocaine and one count of trafficking cocaine.


The third member who was on trial - full-patch member David Giles - was found not guilty of possession.


The judge said that because she found Giles not guilty of possession of cocaine, she had to find him not guilty of the second count involving a criminal organization.


All three accused were found not guilty of charges that the Hells Angels is a criminal organization.


During the 10-month trial, the Crown alleged the Vancouver-based East End Hells Angels had moved to Kelowna, where they were planning to establish a new chapter to take over the lucrative illegal drug trade in the Okanagan.



ps.....I also rode over to the dealer and got my bike fixed and then met up with doc for brunch. It snowed, sleeted and hailed.

I got sick. and rode the ninja. it's maybe 45 degrees out. my sinuses HATE me so bad right now...

I did something VERY out of character for me...
I invited a friend over, cooked dinner for the both of us, and entertained... That's the first time I've ever done it... lol Kinda awkward when it's just the two of you and your kitchen is a straight shot and 5 feet from your living room...
Ah well, we had fun!

Good for you.
My place doesn't sound much bigger and I entertain friends often. You'll get used to it.
