Dear Police Officer who found it necessary to flash his spot light into my car and tell me to shift it while I was trying to pick up my daughter and her friend at the movie theatre...seriously? I only stopped for a moment and off to the side. Could there not be anything more important for you and your partner to do on a friday night than stalk the theatres hoping for parking violations?
